Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, I grew up in a diverse world of art and culture. Honolulu was the perfect setting for a blossoming creative. I was formally introduced to the world of art + design through my late father - a ceramicist, painter, and all-around creative soul. My father and I shared our deep passion for the ocean, and a common appreciation for the simple quote, “The best surfer in the water is the one having the most fun”. I apply this quote not only in the water, but to my line of work as well. I feel so fortunate to have discovered a career path that I am genuinely excited to pursue every day. I have found a niche with illustration that became a distinct part of my career during my time at Playboy Enterprises. I illustrate that which I most deeply connect to; the female form, the sea, and the unique, organic beauty of nature. My work history has well immersed me in the world of Editorial Design (print + digital) as well as International Licensing and Marketing. I have been fortunate enough to be published in both Forbes and The Washington Post. Today, I run my own design and consulting business, bringing my strengths to the likes of Goop, Anthropologie and other brands that align with both my ethical and aesthetic values.
